Jo Ann went above and beyond in helping me buy my first home, and a few years later, list and sell my condo in Waikiki. She was always available for showings and was extremely thorough with walking me through logistics and paperwork. Karyn Shaunnessy has such an uplifting and friendly personality. It’s always a pleasure talking with her. Her knowledge and experience are quite vast. She knows how to remedy different situations and knows who to contact to get answers. She is always supportive and jumps right in with advice and is also “hands on” when needed. Whenever a situation arose that seemed to overwhelm me, she was right there negotiating and helping to smooth things along…a “pinch hitter” of sorts. Karyn is very professional, she does not take any shortcuts, she makes sure everything is done the “right way”. She makes sure detailed are not overlooked. I had been looking for a single-family home for quite some time, and my criteria were fairly specific. Pedro was able to find several off-market properties that matched what I was looking for. While some of those opportunities didn’t work out, he was always willing to explore other options and pivot when needed. Eventually, we found a home that checked almost all of my boxes—and, best of all, we were able to purchase it without having to compete with other buyers. Overall, the process was smooth, and I’m very grateful for Pedro’s hard work, persistence, and help throughout the purchase.

We started purchasing one condo that fell out of escrow. We were quickly back into escrow with our second choice and closed on the unit in just over three weeks. Scott was quick to respond at all hours. We bought the unit "as is" but still had a home inspection. The HVAC was faulty and Scott negotiated an escrow credit to have it replaced. A very smooth and quick transaction and would definitely use him again.

We had a wonderful experience working with Michelle, who brings her 20+ years of experience in real estate sales to the process. From the onset, she takes the time to understand your situation, what your goals are, and where the challenges lie. She creates an organized timeline of how to proceed to you are never left guessing where you are in the process. During this time, she communicates with patience and attention. Although I know she had many clients, we always felt like we were the only ones. She has a gift of taking all the stress and anxiety out of the process, an answer to all the challenges, has forged strong relationships with stagers, contractors, and other realtors. Michelle is professional yet relatable. I appreciated the attention to detail and her responsiveness. I would recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a property in Oahu!

We met Lectie in March 2026 before our official move to Hawaii. My husband was traveling back and forth for work, and while we initially wanted to buy, the timing felt too overwhelming since we still had a home to sell in Arizona. Lectie never rushed us. Instead, she pivoted seamlessly and helped us secure a rental for my husband's early transition—a massive feat considering how difficult it is to find pet-friendly rentals here for our dog.
